Every so often the culinary skills of a
renowned chef are married to the extraordinary experience of the best wines
from a country, at MLH. The month of June was host to many innovative events at
MLH and one indeed was the French Wine Dinner that MLH celebrated as the French
Spring in Sri Lanka was at its peak. With amazing wines and delectable cuisine
prepared by Chef Jerome and Laure-line Gros the evening was exalted at the
Maitland State Room.
They marked the occasion with some of the world’s finest wines and the amazing menu inspired
collaboration between Chef Jerome and Executive Chef Indika of MLH was truly
tasty.
The experience began at 7.30pm at the
Maitland State Room with wines and an introduction to the food of the evening,
presented by Chef Jerome and Mr Anura Dewapura – General Manager of MLH,
