Italian Christmas at MLH!
Boned
turkey with Italian stuffing, Roast red wine lamb with Italian beans, primo is
usually a kind of soup made with pasta (usually filled pasta,
like tortellini) boiled in meat or capon
broth. secondo,
the fried capitone eel, Italian tuna balls. A cake enriched with candy fruits,
raisins, pine nuts, whose most famous type is panettone, followed by torrone nougat and nuts. Panforte(Italian
Christmas honey fruitcake) and vin
brûlé to top the meal, are some of the items that you could relish in.
