The first
wine from the Beaujolais region of Burgundy which is released on the third
Thursday of November traditionally marks the official release date for
Beaujolais Nouveau. Mount Lavinia Hotel in collaboration with the Embassy of
France in Sri Lanka and the Alliance Francaise de Kotte are proud to release it
in Sri Lanka on 15th November 2012, for the third consecutive year.

Chef Fabrice Boulahouache
is the executive chef at Boulahouache Group Scandale restaurant in Krakow. His
culinary journey started at the age of 9 when he won the competition for junior’s
confectionery. Chef Boulahouache has had the opportunity to cook for stars
known throughout the world, working in restaurants in Saint-Tropez, Cannes and
Paris.
