Kids activities this festive season


'Tis the season for celebrating the most wonderful time of the year, spreading the joy with friends and family. Mount Lavinia Hotel has customized some fabulous initiatives this Christmas season especially for the young ones’.

“These activities will take place every Sunday during brunch time 12pm to 3pm so mamas and papas can enjoy their time indulging in a heavenly brunch spread whilst we entertain the kids” says MLH General Manager Anura Dewapura. The themed activities are happening every Sunday between 12 noon to 3 pm priced at LKR1500/= nett for 6 to 12 year olds’ and LKR750/= for kids below 6 inclusive of a buffet and participation gift for the kids. The MLH chefs have prepared a variety of treats specially for this occasion.

Outdoor games and Hawaiian Magic unveiling at the Paradise Beach on the 2nd December will be a colourful affair with Hawaiian attire and a whole host of funky and outdoorsy games.

Painting with the Spirit of Christmas at the Imperial room on 9th December will showcase a movie on Christmas spirit with drawing and clay art accompanied by a life size game of Grinch and Santa and colorful face painters.

Mrs Claus’ kitchen at the Imperial room on 16th December will be entirely suited for kids with an appetite for baking, the little angels will get a lesson in cookery and get a chance to play with icing whilst frosting cupcakes, cookies and much more.

Caroling with Santa and the Seven Dwarfs at the Horizon roof top on 23rd December where you can enjoy the pleasure of Christmas movies, Santa’s arrival, crafts corner and Christmas caroling

Candyland at the Imperial room on 30th December which will be a miniature New Years Eve bash for the kids with the theme being colourful neons. So come dressed in your brightest outfit and enjoy the best pre New Years Eve bash.
