Inspired by Chocolate with Love Huts on the Beach at MLH

Mount Lavinia Hotel promised a culinary journey with global and fusion cuisine last year and indeed endorses a further promise with a mark of love starting from February 1^st 2013.

The interesting Spring season kicks off from 1^st February dedicated to Chocolate lovers will be a wonderful Valentine’s month. Chocolate is as big a part of anyone’s life and the power to captivate like no other food. But its roots run much deeper. When asked Mr Bazeer Cassim – Group General Manager of the MLHG(Mount Lavinia Hotel Group) why the month of February? He avers that,” we believe that something like chocolate that creates such emotional bonds can be good for you and the Valentine month is the ideal fit.”

Some say it can’t be done a course meal with chocolate. Well Chef Indika of the Mount Lavinia Hotel begs to differ. He states, “Imagine an 8 course meal inspired by chocolate! This is every chocoholic's dream! An indulgence not just for the palate but to your senses.” A high culinary artistic menu prepared and designed by him. The chocolate infused high tea from 11^th to 17^th Feb.  Love bites along with a Chocolate beverage menu that will last for the whole month allows people to share with that special someone in this month of love.

Love Huts by the Beach on 14^th Feb. Only 20 huts are available for a price of KR7000/-nett for two. An interesting menu and a cozy area for two is the main focus.

Baywatch Tower Dining for two on 14^th Feb.  Since Valentines is all about food plus romance. Why not a Seduction Meal, to enchant and captivate that special someone in your life on atop of a tower?
