The buzz surrounding the season is the Festival of Spring at MLH


Whether you can get close enough to smell the flowers or you prefer to enjoy them from afar, we want you to know that springtime across the globe is taken seriously at MLH. Globally, Spring or Springtime is the season that surfaces nature at its best form, everything blooms, are in abundance and are in the freshest of quality. “They say new life emerges in vegetation and in the animal world and yes it is a celebration of mother nature, festivals like St Patricks Day in Ireland, Indian Holi are a celebration at the dawn of Spring and now we have it named: Festival of Spring at the Terrace.”

“IT is the King of all seasons, Spring is happiness, Spring is hope, Spring is revival, and as Spring brings immense hope, this Festival of Spring at MLH personifies all what Springtime brings, ”states Mr Anura Dewapura, General Manager MLH. So Spring forward with the Festival of Spring at the Terrace from 16th to 22nd April from 5pm to 11pm with an innovative a la carte menu that surfaces the freshest and tastiest ingredients for a week full of complete goodness. The menu will consist of:

Salads
Barley Salmon Salad with Arugula Vinaigrette  
Escarole Salad, Crisp Pear, gorgonzola and honey-Sesame vinaigrette
Marinated Mushrooms, Caramelized Salsify and Endive Salad

Main
Moroccan Cornish Hen with Pine nut & Lemon Couscous 
Spring Lamb with Snow Pea Risotto and Wild Mushroom Jus
Wild Barramundi with Artichoke hearts, taglioni, baked garlic and lemon cream
Slow Baked Salmon with Caramelized Endive, Fuji Apple and Curried Gnocci

Desserts
Raspberry Turnovers
Chocolate & Fig Strudel
Apricot Tarte Tatin
Fresh Blueberry Pie
