Roast Turkey with Pan Gravy, Popcorn Balls(American caramel-coated popcorn treat), Oyster Stew (American shellfish stew), Cranberry Pudding (American steamed Christmas pudding), Baked Country Ham (American Southern roasted ham), Lumberjack Pie, Sweet Potato Pie and the popular Eggnog (American egg and cream Christmas beverage) are a few to menu items.

Scandinavian Christmas!
Lutefisk (made from dried unsalted cod), Stekt Gås(Swedish roast Christmas goose with pan gravy), Lefse(Norwegian potato flatbread), Janssons Frestelse (Swedish potato, onion and cream casserole), Gravalax, svineribbe a pork belly side prepared with seasoning, for crackling, served with sauerkraut, redcurrant sauce and flatbread, Scandinavian Julegrot, Lussekatter are some of the items in the menu.

Italian Christmas at MLH!
Boned turkey with Italian stuffing, Roast red wine lamb with Italian beans, primo is usually a kind of soup made with pasta (usually filled pasta, like tortellini) boiled in meat or capon broth. secondo, the fried capitone eel, Italian tuna balls. A cake enriched with candy fruits, raisins, pine nuts, whose most famous type is panettone, followed by torrone nougat and nuts. Panforte(Italian Christmas honey fruitcake) and vin brûlé to top the meal, are some of the items that you could relish in.

Latin American Christmas cuisine!
Pozole(Mexican pork and hominy stew), Tamales de Pollo(Mexican steamed corncakes with chicken), Pavo Salvadoreño(Salvadoran roast turkey with sauce), Pasteles (Puerto Rican savory cakes in banana leaves), Pan de Jamón(Venezuelan ham, raisin and olive bread), Nacatamales (Honduran, Nicaraguan meat and vegetable-filled tamales) and ever famous Coquito (Puerto Rican coconut-rum beverage) and for sure to top the meal off a warm champurrado are some of the items in the menu
